We, like many others, whether it be new construction or replacement of an existing roof, reached a point that our home aged 28 years was reaching a point of serious consideration for roof replacement. We did the usual asking around for opinions, reading reviews on line, talking to various contractors and getting competitive quotes from local and regional roofing contractors.

In short, having reviewed all information available and based on personal referrals, we decided to go with Chris Hendry of Artisan Roofing Ltd., Vernon, B.C. and we could not be happier with our decision. Their cost was very reasonable, justified and very competitive. We have been in various construction stages for decades dealing with contractors and sub-trades and we are well versed as to what exists and the inherent problems within the industry and those confronting the customer.

Chris runs a ‘real tight ship’ and all of his crew work in harmony with him. It is very obvious they have a great working relationship and work ethic. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and dedication each member of his crew displayed throughout this project which only took 2 1⁄2 days to complete.

They were on site and working at 7:00 a.m. and finished a nine hour day at 4:00 p.m with two 1⁄2 breaks, one at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and lunch at 12:30 p.m. They provided superior service, were hardworking, efficient and obviously very knowledgeable and competent in their trade.

There were no ‘slackers’ and each crew member was friendly, accommodating and obviously focused on total customer satisfaction…….the pastry for lunch and breaks no doubt helped and is highly recommended!

Artisan Roofing is ‘Top Notch’ and we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and the ultimate customer satisfaction rendered. Their work ethic right up to and including cleanup was commendable in every respect.

This to us was a great experience in dealing with an exceptional team which provided courtesy in every respect from planning through to completion and were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout.

We would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone. They did a marvelous job, on time, on budget and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
